Transform The Walled Garden
A volunteer-led community project
The Friends of Park Hill Park has run one of the most successful crowdfunded campaigns in Croydon. Thank you to everyone who supported the project.
We’re now working to bring the project to life, which will see improvements to make the walled garden accessible for all to enjoy.
We have completed:
- New disabled paths and a fully accessible meeting/performance space
- Used eco-friendly water-permeable path & base materials.
- New planting throughout the Walled Garden, including new flowers, fruit trees, shrubs, roses, herbs, fruits and vegetables.
In 2020, we created a report of the work to that point. If you’d like to read it, please click here.
